Reports of a CBPD officer identifying Matthew Medeiros in the passenger seat of a vehicle parked at the American Market on Cape Arago. The officer waits for backup and then arrests Matthew. The officer then applies for a search warrant to search the car and it is granted. During the search, the officer finds a gun and quite a few cordless tools that appear to be stolen. Matthew ends up being charged with multiple felon in possession of a weapon, drugs, manufacturing meth and a few other charges, with more charges possible.
