Reports of a police pursuit starting on 11th in North Bend. After circling for a little bit, the suspect flees on foot, running into an apartment near Virginia, then out the back. The suspect was then seen jumping a fence at 2043 Oak. Deputies are bringing in a K-9. When the K-9 got close, Ross called out, begging deputies to not release the dog. So tough, until toughness is required, then he becomes a little girl. Something that is expected from an out of compliance sex offender.
