Report of a woman trying to leave her home for an appointment but is afraid to go outside because someone is screaming obscenities and frightening the caller. CBPD responds and locates Lamont Deross who has a warrant out of California. The officer helps the woman depart for her appointment and notes that there will probably be more calls because Lamont's belongings are spread all over the sidewalk. Lamont could be heard shouting in the background. Moments later, Empire Mini Storage calls in reporting that Lamont Deross is on their property refusing to leave and threatening to kill the owner with a knife. Lamont has left the property by the time the officers arrive. And people wonder why we call them feral.
