A woman in Bunker Hill called 911 at 4:20 a.m. to report that her ex-boyfriend, Randall K. Burns, 31, was knocking on her door. Burns had an active restraining order against him preventing contact with her. While a Coos County Sheriff's deputy was responding, the woman reported that Burns was sitting outside in his vehicle. Coos Bay Police Department assisted and located Burns in his vehicle in the parking lot of The Mill Casino-Hotel, confirming the restraining order violation. Burns was arrested and transported to the Coos County Jail.
